  Andy did an excellent job of painting the outside of our bungalow. Not an easy job as first time painted peeble dash, sealer and 3 coats of paint.

  Decorum was recommended to me by a friend who had some work done by him.Andy is a quiet, relaxed person who is very easy to have around. At the same time, he is extremely focused, and the work took less time than I would have imagined.I had booked him to redecorate 2 bedrooms and a shed door, but I suddenly had a big problem with the bathroom! He calmly fitted this into his schedule as well!All the work he did was excellent, I would highly recommend him.

  Have recently moved full time down here so had no connections re workmen.Having had a not great experience on my builder I was calling any number I came across.I eventually found Andy.He was honest about timings,easy to chat to(woman on her own..some builders take advantage….have wallpapered and painted throughout)…he came and helped and advised me on several points.Have asked for another quote and am very happy for him to do it while I am away…totally confident in him.   Andy recently fitted four Oak Panelled doors for us that we’d bought. One of them was a sliding door which proved to be a bit tricky. Andy was very thoughtful, careful & creative with working so that they all fitted properly in the end.   Andy was fantastic doing my ceiling repair due to water damage. He phoned or called round precisley when he said he would not like many other workers whom you often never hear back from!. he was clean, tidy and very friendly a pleasure to have do the work. Ialso felt he was very trustworthy and should the need have arisen would not have hesitated to leave him. The finished repairs are really good and to a high standard. i would not hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone .

  We recently entrusted Andy with the redecoration of the interior of our conservatory. It was very tired and cracked and did have some issues with rain water damage.   Andy recently decorated 4 bedrooms for me, I cannot recommend his work highly enough. He is friendly, professional and produces high quality results. Andy also undertook some additional work for me to add some finishing touches to the bedrooms, which I really appreciated.   AndyTurner of Decorum Home and Property Maintenance has carried out work on our home both in the garden, including garden clearing, levelling, turfing, building stone walls and brick paving, and in the house from plaster-boarding walls and ceilings, ready for plaster skimming, hanging new oak doors, decoration etc. He also takes care of the maintenance on a rental property where he has taken care of general repairs rebuilding a manhole and levelling the floor around it to new fencing and even dealing with seagull control, installing roof mounted deterrents.
