  Just wanted to give a shout out to these guys for an excellent emergency job they did with a boiler leak I was having. Simon came out and first isolated the problem and then ordered the necessary parts so they arrived in a decent time. It is obvious that these guys have been in the trade a long time and know their stuff. When coming back to fix the problem Simon spent all the time that was necessary to ensure that everything was just right before he left. Nick kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on and everything was completed to a fair and reasonable price. They are just no nonsense tradespeople who I felt I could trust and who ensured a good job was done overall. Thank you guys.

  We couldn’t get hold of our regular plumber, lockdown was due any day, our boiler had packed up and we had no heating or hot water.We called Climate Solutions and asked them to come and fit a new boiler. Nikk, the owner, asked us several questions about our existing boiler – he explained that if he could track down the parts required then he should be able to fix it.   I contacted Climate Solutions to install an LPT gas hob and service my boiler. Having already contacted 2 plumbers who hadn’t bothered to return my call it was hugely encouraging that my enquiry was processed extremely efficiently and job booked in for for the next morning.   First class service from the engineer in question..Right from the first call until he turned up diagnosed athe job required Ordered the parts when they came directly to me, he asked me to keep them which was OK.   Whilst there were a couple of glitches along the way the overall performance of this company was excellent. They reacted very promptly and positively when the existing dated boiler finally and completely broke down. The replacement boiler is from the highly rated company Intergas.   How embarrassing! I thought that we had an air-lock in our hot water system but it was just a valve which had been inadvertently closed when something was removed from the airing cupboard. Simon came within 3 days of making contact and solved the problem in minutes. He was cheerful and understanding and tightened up a dripping bleed-point as well.   My boiler is now 4 years old and to keep its guarantee valid I get it health checked annually by a gas-registered plumber. This year I decided to try Climate Solutions and to be honest it is the first time I have felt completely comfortable with the work that was carried out. Simon was extremely thorough and efficient and very friendly and helpful with it. The work took longer than normal, making me realise that previous checks had perhaps been a little lax. I have further work to do and it will be Climate Solutions I turn to.

  the first day I had two engineers, who were great. There after I had the one who was excellent, could not fault him in any way or form. Was very polite and helpful and could not believe he cleaned up any mess each day. I would highly recommend the firm to anyone, and especially the engineer. I will not name him as it may cause embarrassment, but was outstanding and a credit to the firm. Thank you for your quick and efficient service as I had no heating since the beginning of the winter.

  I never leave reviews, but this company and the service they offer is so good, I am making the time to do so. They are excellent. The chap scheduled us in promptly, did an excellent job. Highlighted a problem, ordered the part, returned within days to fit it. And the bill was very reasonable indeed. All done without any delays or drama.   Climate solutions attended my house, after describing my problem, Simon found out after much deliberation, found the problem, ordered the parts required (for a old Boiler 20years old) he took his time to explan what was what.   After having British Gas for two years as well as a further year with My247 boiler services, we have had three separate “Services” over three years. I can honestly say none went to the lengths Climate solutions did. Furthermore, previous engineers attempted to charge us instead of repair serviceable items. The last engineer we had quoted us over £259 to fix a “problem” on our boiler. I refused on the day and waited till Climate solutions attended and they have completed serviced our boiler properly, and the problematic part simply needed a clean and all tests have passed.   Our solar water heating system had been thoroughly screwed up by so-called experts. Our heat-dump radiator never worked, the immersion heater was kaput, the hot water cylinder was running precious hot water into the flower bed outside, and hot water was coming out of the cold tap. We looked desparately for a company who could come in quickly, diagnose all the problems from scratch, and sort it out. Climate Solutions turned out to be that company.   visits as new parts has to be ordered, the pipework completely revamped, and even the connections to the solar monitor sorted. Result, a system which works impeccably for the first time for years, a company we feel we can trust to respond instantly in case of future plumbing problems, and a bill at the end (which we had been dreading given the parts and labour required) which was fully itemised and very very reasonable.   Our dripping tap had become a running tap just a day before we were leaving to go on holiday. Somebody recommended Climate Solutions to us and they arrived later the same day. Nice friendly guys.   I first met this team of plumbers when the hot water tank in a house I had only moved into a month before leaked and brought down my kitchen ceiling. They took out the old tank and the one in the loft, cleared everything up and left the place immaculate. Since then I have used them for two more plumbing jobs and find they are trustworthy, reliable and always leave my house clean and tidy. Climate Solutions always does great work and will come out at short notice. I feel in safe hands. They also are very reasonably priced. They even came out on Boxing Day to fix a problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  I have used Climate Solutions South West over a number of years to fit a new cloakroom, a shower room, as well as install a new boiler. I found Nikk to be absolutely brilliant, a lovely guy. Most helpful, including sourcing materials for me.
