Neil, Rob and the team at Buildexe have been wonderful and have transformed the downstairs of our home into a beautiful living space.
From the initial meeting through to the work completion everything has been handled in a highly professional manner. We had several unplanned findings and the team would always come to us with solutions rather than problems.
All the guys are very talented in their craft/work and are a pleasure to have around. The house was left as spotless as it is possible to leave a building site every time they left for the day.

Buildex recently completed our kitchen diner extension with utility and boot room. It’s a high quality result and communication and organisation were so great throughout. Highly recommend and won’t hesitate to go back for all future work.

The whole team from Buildexe were engaged in the conversion of our double garage to a living room. It was a challenging job because everything had to be blended in with the original property so that it appeared it had always been like this. They worked well together to source bricks, doors, skirting and kitchen units and flooring to match the high quality of the rest of the house. Neil and his team rewired my whole house in Aug 2023 and then in October amd November 2024 completed a new kitchen and utility room for me in the space where an an kitchen had been. Their work is top notch and I couldn’t be more pleased with my beautiful kitchen. They are kind, polite and tidy and also very helpful during the design process. They always kept me up to date with what was going on and have done such a professional job. I would recommend them 100%!

I first worked with Build Exe on a major house rebuild a few years ago. I’d never undertaken anything like it before and was both nervous and clueless. Neil and Rob guided me through the whole process and I felt in safe hands throughout. They were creative, efficient and very collaborative, particularly in working to a fixed budget. At the time I was new to living in Devon and they put me in touch with trusted local companies and trades people during the build which was hugely helpful. Highly recommend Build Exe. Very courteous throughout , always made aware of any potential extras ahead of committing and received a running schedule that made it easy to plan the finances . Quality of work is superb with high attention to detail all carried out in a professional timely manner . Our brand new kitchen and dining extension has made a significant difference to our house and lifestyle .

We had buikdexe to transform our kitchen space. My husband and I had never taken on a project to this scale and was very nervous with making wrong decisions when spending a substantial amount of money. Cannot recommend Buildexe enough! They converted my spare room into a walk in dressing room and it looks incredible!They were reliable, polite and had great communication. They always left everything tidy and neat. The work itself was to an excellent standard – you can tell that they take pride in their work. Will definitely be using again! I had BuildExe build a garage for me. The quote was reasonable, which is why they got the job. Their professionalism, tidiness and communication were all excellent.As the garage neared completion, they stayed on to finish the drive for me and tidy some of the garden (structurally). I was able to talk through ideas and got useful input and advice from Neil.Very pleased with the result. I would have them back again.

I can’t recommend Buildexe enough, they have just completed a large, rear, kitchen/dining room extension with an ‘Al Fresco’ area and a balcony at the front of the house.The work is of an exceptional standard, the guidance and advice were extremely helpful.The team were professional, tidy and very aware of our needs as we were living in the house while the work was completed. I recently needed a new kitchen to be installed .Buildexe were highly recommended to me. Neil , Rob and the team were fantastic . From the planning and organising , until completion of the job they were always available to help me make decisions and offer advice .Very knowledgeable, professional, highly skilled and hard working . Neil, Rob and the team carried out a three storey extension at our family home. We found them to be clean, tidy and professional at all times, with careful consideration made for neighbouring properties. Despite extensive works, all elements were completed on time. Neil, Rob and their Buildexe team have undertaken 3 major projects for us since Spring 2020 when we bought this house. We have converted a garage and added a ground floor shower room, constructed a huge loft conversion to include 2 bedrooms and a shower room and lastly, knocked through to create a beautiful kitchen dining room. We have also changed initial plans to maximise space and for aesthetics at their suggestion. In addition, all work has been completed with great care and consideration for the age and health of family members, keeping disruption down to a minimum whenever possible. Neil, Rob and team helped transform the exterior of our house over the summer of 2022. This included a new garage, cladding and rendering the house and creation of new patio areas, new driveway and landscapingThe quality of the work has been excellent and it’s been a real pleasure to have the team work on our property. Clean, tidy and easy to get on with. Our neighbours have all commented how good the house looks and how polite and considerate everyone was. Our friends and neighbours have also recently commenced works with BuildExe. Would highly recommend.
