  I had Dennis Mitchell yesterday to do my carpets. Absolutely incredible! The kit he’d got was perfect – I’ve never seen anything like it and the the results are just just out of this world! I’m so so pleased with him and he’s such a lovely man as well, so I’d like to recommend him.

  Dennis is very personable and helpful and explained exactly what he would need to do during his day with us. He did a fantastic job of professionally cleaning all our carpets, which despite being fairly old have all come up well and are much revived, we expect they will last a few more years. Dennis tackled the bedrooms, landing, stairs, living room and office, cleaning the carpets and leaving them bright and stain-free.   As a family we have used Better Carpet Care since 2015 and have always been impressed at the results. The stair carpet at my present flat has just been given a new lease of life. Dennis has professional, powerful equipment, capable of dealing with a large site: in 2021 he deep cleaned the communal hall and stair carpet in a large 30 Flat complex in Sidmouth, and totally rejuvenated the carpets. Always careful and considerate – would thoroughly recommend.

  We have used Better Carpet Care on two occasions, first a general freshen up and second when a whole cafetière of coffee was spilt. On both visits we were delighted with the results. Additionally, we had a follow up visit on the coffee spill to completely treat it. Better Carpet Care have proven to be both excellent in their work and very responsive and helpful in their approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  We were delighted with the result! Dennis Mitchell was very professional in his approach. It was easy to book and we didn’t have to wait too long. A thorough and helpful assessment was undertaken prior to tte job itself. The results were very pleasing. Two stubborn areas did require further treatment. Dennis returned within 2 days and applied extra treatment which was effective – all st no further charge. We will ask him again!

  We used Dennis for an emergency stairs clean, where we had oil on our stair treads. He was excellent, professional, text me to let me know he was on his way and managed to get to us on Friday afternoon when I had only called him in the morning! 5 star service and did a fab job removing the oil stains. Would recommend him to anyone and will keep him on my trusted list of tradesmen:) A family business too so nice to use a local experienced person.

  A superb experience provided by a very considerate professional. Went for the ‘deep clean’ which proved well worth while. It not only cleaned the carpets thoroughly, but also brought up the pile and revitalised the colour. As the carpets are light coloured, also had the stain protection treatment in the hope that this will help to keep them looking good for a long time. Can highly recommended Better Carpet Care and would use again if the need ever arose.

He was honest about the results he expected to achieve and the result was better than we anticipated. The carpets look fantastic and he even removed some very problematic stains.   Dennis arrived on time complete with his very professional van mounted cleaning kit – you only have hoses coming into the house, no leaky cleaning equipment. He carried out a thorough job over the three hours that he was here and we are very pleased with the results.   For carpet and tile cleaning. Prior to the job he explained to us what we needed to do, and what not to do to prepare for his visit.His work was absolutely fantastic – he cleaned the tiles very quickly and professionally, even removing extremely difficult rust marks from the carpet.

  I highly recommend Better Carpet Care. My carpets after cleaning look brand new even the toughest Staines have been removed from a cream carpet, well worth extra cost of having a professional job.
