Our Lamona oven stopped working after it had been recently cleaned. Whenever we switched it on it blew a fuse on the main switchboard. I searched on “Nextdoor “ for a reliable person to see if the oven could be repaired. I got a reply offering All Cooker Repairs who were quite local to us. I rang and Wayne answered and booked a visit to come and repair it the following day. This was after he’d asked lots of sensible questions about the problem and the cooker itself. Sunday 13th Aug. Our Kenwood Dual Fuel Cooker failed. We consulted ‘Our Local Expert .co.uk’ and chose ‘All Cooker Repairs’. Phoned Wayne Patten on Monday morning with the relevant details, he said it was a comman fault and that he carried a spare part for our cooker. He came Monday afternoon and replaced a burnt-out heating element. No fuss, no bother and a fair price. We have no hesitation in recommending this Tradesman. Thank you Wayne.

Had a problem with a grill element. Spoke to Wayne who was very helpful on the phone. Said he had the part in stock ad was willing to come out that afternoon/evening. As it wasn’t an emergency I suggested he came out on the following day.He arrived on time, replaced the part very quickly, cleanly and even showed me how to remove the doors for easier cleaning. My electric cooker broke down at the weekend. I rang Wayne on the Monday morning and he came and repaired it early afternoon the same day. Wayne is polite, efficient and less expensive than the call out charge of a national company who gave me a quote previously.

The element broke on my cooker just before Christmas. I phoned Wayne and he was there within 20 minutes. First rate service, and I know he was cheaper than the call out charge alone of the approved engineer for repairing Neff ovens.
