  I wanted to leave an excellent review for Tanya and Phil Ford. I don’t normally leave reviews, but their customer service was outstanding – you just don’t get customer service like this anymore! They were very personable, helpful, and very kind – they couldn’t do enough to help me. My move from Scotland was absolutely faultless and seamless. I have never met a firm like them.

  I am so pleased I chose Afordable Services for my move to Topsham.   We’ve used Afordable Services twice recently and both times they have provided a superb service. The second time we used them was for a full house removal. On both occasions Phil and Leon arrived on time, worked incredibly hard and were a pleasure to have in our house.   Words cannot praise this team enough. From the very beginning Tania was reassuring, helpful always calm and patient, helping me cope and keeping my stress levels down after I had to continually postpone my removal date. On the day, the guys were amazing, again so professional and pleasant, no complaints when they discovered some items that I had forgotten to tell them about. I will definitely be using them again when I have to move again when the purchase of my new property goes through.

  Superb and highly professional service. Phil, Tanya, Leon, and Liam went over and beyond, reassembling the sofa and double bed [which was not at all easy to get upstairs!].They were very, very helpful in all regards, and jolly good company too. We would recommend them unhesitatingly to anyone.

  Quick efficient service – they were quick to provide a quote, and their price was reasonable. The processes for arranging the move were convenient. Phil was an excellent problem solver – as some of the stuff wasn’t easy to get in to the new property. They were polite, tidy, and very attentive to take care of my possessions, like removing pictures. They produced a certificate to show that waste had been disposed of correctly.

  Very easy to deal with. Accommodated the various changes of dates in good spirit and recommended a good interim storage solution when it became necessary. They arrived at the new address in Kent bang on schedule. They dealt with both the clearance of unwanted goods and furniture and the move in a thoroughly professional way.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly and professional owners, great communication throughout.The guys arrived promptly on moving day and loaded all our gear with the minimum of fuss.   I am disabled and live on my own, so moving out of the area into a bungalow was daunting. Tania, Phil, Leon and Adey were brilliant! They managed each stage of my move in such a friendly, efficient and professional way, it made my move stress-free and actually, good fun.   If it hadn’t been for Mr Ford (and Man) we woud have had a problem moving! We lived down a very narrow lane, and Mr Ford (and his man!) made about six trips in order to move all of our furniture. He stayed on after the final trip so that my son and a friend could clear space in the new house for that final load of furniture. I hope, at my age, never to have to move house again, but if I did, Mr Ford would be whom I would use.
