  The Estuary Magazine which I found in Topsham. You very kindly sent me a copy. I moved 2 months ago and have found Our Local Expert invaluable. As a complete stranger to the area I would not have found Gary Sanders of Aerials South West who has been excellent.So, thank you for producing the guide and thank you for sending me a copy all those months ago. I am certain I will be consulting it again!

  Gary came to us today to fix our Aerial, but that wasn’t the problem as Gary found out for us. he has been very helpful, friendly, professional, quick in sorting the problem, we would highly recommend him for any thing to do with your t.v, aerial, dish’s, wiring, etc. and we wasn’t over charged, which makes a change.Thank you Gary for a wonderful job cant thank you enough.   I cannot praise Gary enough! He is courteous, friendly, efficient, helpful and his work is first class. He is punctual and on the occasions I’ve used him, he’s never let me down. If there was such a thing as 11 out of 10, Gary would score that every time from me!

  Excellent service, not only prompt, skilful and efficient, but also very pleasant and user-friendly. Gary responded to my initial email enquiry within hours, suggesting a very reasonable estimated cost to sort out my elderly aunt’s TV reception problems. He arranged to visit two days later, identified exactly what was needed, then kindly phoned me to explain and quote an exact price so that I could check that my aunt was happy before he started work.   Gary promptly responded to my call and we fixed a date for his visit. He came exactly when he said he would, fixed the problem with my Freesat + box and double checked the signal reception was as it should be. He charged what I thought was a very acceptable price. Very friendly and helpful. What more could I ask for.

  Gary was punctual and efficient. He quickly worked out what repairs were needed for our faulty TV aerial and internal TV sockets. A new external roof aerial was installed and three internal connections replaced or reconnected. He gave a clear explanation of his work which was done neatly and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

  We used Gary Saunders because of the recommendation in the Directory.Gary came on the same day we phoned and also helped me with the controls of a new TV. Never made me feel uncomfortable about my lack of knowledge.Also made an improvement on the old tv screen’s picture and dealt with the ‘crash’ situation.

  Having had an appalling installation of our Sky dish (ie. no instructions and follow up), we finally gave up and called in the experts. My only regret is not calling in Gary sooner. Uber helpful and professional. Delighted with his work
