He was excellent. He cleaned two carpets in the lounge and bedroom, and all the upholstery in the lounge (two armchairs, a settee, a pouffe, as well as each individual cushion). He was very thorough – did it properly. A really good service from a very charming young man.

I’m very dubious of people coming to my house, especially when I’m not in, but I found he was absolutely brilliant. Such a good man. He kept in contact with me leading up to the appointment, then did a really good service cleaning my carpet. I warned him that one of my units could not be moved and he was fine about it. He was absolutely great, and left a nice message after he’d finished – saying please let me know how you find it. I have a dog, my frends have dogs, AND I recently got myself a puppy who has had a few accidents! I was waiting for the dog to get past that puppy stage before getting a new carpet, but after Andy visited my carpet smelt lovely and looked really nice. I was most pleased by the way that he stayed in contact with me when I wasn’t home.
