  From the outset, Andy and the team at 4Homes were professional, friendly and efficient. They completely understood my ‘vision’ for our old cottage, and worked hard to complete it. I was kept fully informed of all the works, and given plenty of time to approve any necessary changes. By the same token, they were brilliant at changing course if we realised something different was needed. They also left the cottage clean and tidy, and even my neighbours commented on what a lovely bunch of people they were! Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend.

  I had a beautiful oak floor installed in the lounge.and many changes in the kitchen – new vinyl herringbone floor ,new tiles and a beautiful quartz worktop.I am absolutely delighted with the workmanship .The tradespeople were so professional and friendly and absolutely nothing was too much trouble It was so impressive that when the work was finished ,all rubbish was taken away and they left the place spotless.I would highly recommend 4Homes organisation to anyone.Anne Carson Sidmouth.

  We needed a new kitchen with a better layout and new equipment. Jasmine was our first port of call for design. She created a number of 3d designs for us to review, and adapted each one based on our feedback and her suggestions. I think we finally made it with Plan 14.   an excellent team of skilled craftsmen. They took out the old kitchen, took up the old floor, laid new plumbing and electrics, skimmed the walls and ceiling with plaster, levelled and then tiled the floor, painted the room, fitted the units and the equipment, and stayed around until everything was finished. A superb job for which we are very grateful. Thank you so much, we’ll get you round when we need more work done.

  4Homes were recommended to me 8 years ago when I needed a new kitchen; I found them excellent. I moved earlier this year & needed extensive works to our new abode;new boiler,new kitchen, rewire; damp-proofing of basement & complete refurbishment & new shower room. They did most of the work themselves, & project-managed efficiently with other firms where necessary. I’m not intending to move again in a hurry, but am saving up for some other minor projects & will have no hesitation in using 4Homes again.

  We have utilised the full services offered by 4 homes for designing and installing a new kitchen and wet room/bathroom.They are a very professional organisation and nothing is too much trouble.Their trades people are second to none and we would highly recommend them in all aspects of their work.We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

  We used 4Homes twice. In 2012 we had our kitchen, bathroom, shower room and hall refurbished. In 2014 we had our bedroom refurbished. On both occasions we were delighted with the design, execution and management of the work which involved most of the trades. They may not be the cheapest but you get a good job that is a pleasure to live with afterwards.

  We have used 4homes Ltd three times now. We did a mini makeover when we first moved into our house followed by a new utility room and finally replaced our kitchen. We were delighted with the service from Mike coming to do the design, me changing my mind several times through to Tony doing the fitting. We had a newly oiled oak floor and I was very worried it would get damaged while the kitchen was fitted but needn’t have because of the care taken to completely cover the whole room before any work was started. … [read more]

  In just a week the kitchen was finished, all rubbish taken away, a clean through and we love the end result. Highly recommended.

  4homes assessed and redesigned two bathrooms in our thatched cottage. Electrical and building work was project managed to perfection and the final result exceeded our expectations from design and execution in our absence. I would recommend 4homes without question as a quality organisation producing a quality product at an affordable price. Could not be happier with the result.

  4homes undertook an extensive renovation contract for us which lasted ten months.Such work included two new bath rooms, a new kitchen, complete rewiring, replacingall internal and external doors and other major works.We worked with them as a team and and found them most sympathetic to our requirements.They were a pleasure to have working in the house.There after sales service has been excellent and we have the highest regard for theCompany and those that work for them.

  Engaged 4homes to design, project manage and deliver major refurbishment of 19th century property. Very pleased with process and end result. Most of the work was excellent (a special mention for the carpenter who did a fantastic job) and they dealt with any issues with courtesy and efficiency. I would not hesitate to use them again.

  We have used 4 Homes on several occasions for work ranging from a complete ensuite bathroom construction to fitting a new filter drinking water tap. The show room has always given excellent advice and assistance while the fitters have been totally reliable whether doing major work or repairing a dripping tap. The house has always been left tidy and clean and we have no hesitation in recommending their work. They remain our first choice for such work in the area.

  We are so, so happy we decided to buy our beautiful kitchen locally from 4homes. Caroline visited us at home, listened carefully to our ideas and was really attentive to the style of our home and how we like to use it.   give is friendly, honest and professional.Mick fitted the kitchen himself but 4homes were always there, just down the road, to offer advice, and help out when he got stuck. We had the timber worktop fitted professionally and it really is beautiful. Buying a kitchen isn’t something we plan to do again any time soon and we couldn’t be more pleased with our new space.

  4 Homes promised us a complete package of design, installation and refurbishment for our entire property and they delivered 100% on all fronts. To complete the task we had various trades in our house for more than six months and everyone was polite, courteous, helpful and understanding to our requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and without doubt we would use them again and recommend them highly.
